    • Apporter votre support à la structuration des processus dans la conduite du changement et anticiper les nouveaux besoins
    • Participer au suivi et à la mesure d’items de la valeur ajoutée de la transformation

    Main responsibilities:

    • Deploy, manage, govern, and define the strategy for privilege elevation solution on endpoints, ensuring secure access to resources while minimizing the risk of privilege abuse.
    • Service owner of privilege elevation solution, management of stakeholder’s network, and follow-up on related SLAs.
    • Continuously improve monitoring capabilities around least privilege rules, delegation management, third party authentication, privilege escalation risks. Further expand the deviation types to be monitored and remediation means (Tools, scripts, GPOs…) .
    • Ensure privilege elevation IT solution is well integrated in our Ecosystem going along with identity management platforms such as Bastion and Identity provisioning & Access lifecycle.
    • Technically support the Cybersecurity toolset regarding systems Access Management services.
    • Developing, maintaining, monitoring security KPIs and dashboards to manage security risks, track deviations and produce appropriate remediation and improvement plans.
    • Ensuring a coherent and harmonized definition and adoption of security processes and solutions within the organization throughout their life cycles.
    • Contributing to the crisis management process development.
    • Ensuring the cyber compliance of Sanofi and its partners through preventive and corrective actions. Lead, contribute or manage the investigation of deviations, definition of the remediation plans and operational implementation.
    • Conducting technical audits and contributing to internal audits. Defining, coordinating, and performing sanitation actions.

    About you

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science or relevant verifiable work experience.
    • 3 years of technical experience around Privileges/Access/Identity and Active Directory management in a large corporation with multiple lines of business and ideally a Cyber Security culture.
    • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS, especially on administration and security, access right management and understanding of vulnerabilities and attack techniques.
    • Ability to address all security topics on a global scale. Performing in an international, intercultural and transversal environment.
    • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Familiar with all security aspects of IS and technologies (Governance, policies, processes, technologies, tools and indicators) .
    • Leadership and communication skills to convince and liaise with the various stakeholders, within and beyond the Digital organization.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain collaborations, promote the subject of Cyber Security at all levels of the organization.
    • Good English skills.

    Desired qualifications:

    • Open minded to adjust and adopt any evolution coming from new market trends and company strategy changes. Candidates must therefore have a high capacity for adaptation and learning.
    • Embody Cybersecurity mindset as enablers and facilitators versus blockers.
    • A solid operational experience in accounts, privileges, authentication management across multiple platforms and solutions.

    • Experience in scripting and programing language such as PowerShell, Python, SQL and automation of privilege management tasks

    • Willing to expand his scope to tackle the Privileges/Access & Directories scope at broader level.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Be able to drive investigations on anomalies and propose technical solutions to remediate (scripting/automation, process creation and improvement) .
    • High level of autonomy, strength of proposal and rigor to deal with and bring matters to fruition.
    • Ability to respect commitments, deliver concrete results, handle multiple priorities, increase value delivery by developing and continuously improving security processes and solutions.
    • Experience in transversal management.
    • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Active Directory, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

    A PROPOS DU POSTE

    L'équipe

    Le secteur packaging flacons est composé de 20 collaborateurs : 2 équipes fonctionnant en 2*8 et une équipe de journée. Vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable packaging flacons en lien avec l’unité de production dédiée au mirage, étiquetage et packaging automatisé et manuel des produits lyophilisés.

    Principales responsabilités selon les règles HSE & procédures Qualité en vigueur et plannings de production à respecter

    • Assiste et représente son responsable dans la réalisation des opérations de production et des projets
    • Gère la performance du service en consolidant les analyses des KPI des 4 ateliers de production, propose les priorités de plans d’action et s’assure de l’atteinte des objectifs
    • Accompagne le responsable dans l’organisation et le contrôle des opérations de production dans le respect des procédures et des modes opératoires
    • Coordonne la planification des activités, moyens, ressources de production à moyen et long terme
    • S’assure de l’optimisation des coûts, délais et qualité de production en fonction du suivi du budget et des études d’investissements réalisées
    • Participe à l’animation et à la mobilisation des équipes de production autour des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs qui lui sont fixés et qu’il/elle cascade à l’ensemble de ses équipes

    About you

    Principales missions

    ABOUT THE JOB

    As Global Transplant Medical Lead in General Medicines organisation, you will lead cross-portfolio medical activities in haematological transplantation.

    You will function as the medical expert tasked to develop and execute integrated global medical/scientific strategy, specifically focusing on Thymoglobulin HSCT, launch preparation and country support for belumosudil and scientific information exchange with key stakeholders.

    Moreover, you will collaborate closely with several internal stakeholders, e.g. Medical Operations, Scientific Engagement, RWE, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, R&D, BD, and others.

    Externally, you will lead interactions with Health Care Professionals, Key scientific societies, and Payers to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes through evidence-based decisions.

    Essential to success is an outstanding partnership with Commercial functions as well as Market Access/HEVA to maximize the value proposition.

    Main responsibilities

    • Co-Develop and drive the implementation of the Global Medical Plan within IGP for Haematological transplant portfolio in collaboration with the Global Medical Team, and reflecting the brand strategy developed by the Global Brand Team
    • Define and implement successful pre-launch and launch activities in cGVHD/Rezurock for 3rd line and begin preparation for 1st line
    • Provide expertise to relevant countries in support of medical plans and pre-launch/launch plans
    • Provide medical strategic advice/expertise for all internal stakeholders
    • Provide medical input to regulatory/HTA strategy & submissions
    • Expand and develop new training modalities to ensure that the transplant team has the most up-to-date training assets available
    • Provide medical input to product benefit-risk assessments, PBRERs and RMPs
    • Provide oversight for global medical studies in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines
    • Identify needs for post-marketing clinical trials and registries and support their management and execution
    • Partner with Scientific Communications and Engagement Lead in the development of strategy and content for congresses, booths, company-sponsored symposia, and education for internal/external training
    • Drive process of data dissemination in a timely fashion and in a fair and balanced manner including local country affiliates
    • Responsible for the KOL & DOL identification/engagement plans and Omnichannel approach
    • Establish, develop, and maintain contacts with international (global) external experts including, international & supranational bodies
    • Execute global scientific meetings with international experts (e.g. advisory boards, clinical research updates, advocacy boards)

    ABOUT YOU

    • MD preferred, PharmD, PhD or equivalent scientific degree suitable
    • Significant Transplantation experience is mandatory, Board Certification in Haematology is preferred
    • Several years of experience in pharma industry, previous global experience is mandatory
    • Suitable prior experience in a global medical role, including country experience (proven track record in HTA across Europe is a plus)
    • A working knowledge of all areas of product lifecycle management from pre-clinical development through post-approval marketing
    • Good understanding of Health Authorities (main guidelines of HTA bodies and Health Agencies) and Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals required
    • Excellent skills working with experts from other functions and countries and influencing decision making without authority in a complex and matrix environment

    The Digital Site Manager will be integrated in the CHC Digital M&S Eula (Europe & Latam) team, which is managing the Digital activities in the manufacturing & distribution sites in the region. This person will be a member of M&S Digital leadership team for Eula and will be the responsible for Digital activities at site level ensuring the Site is running in a proper way supported by digital solutions (Systems, Network, Telephone, Computers, Servers, etc)

    Main responsibilities:

    He/She will be the responsible for the Digital activities in the site, managing the Local Digital Team based and the external service providers, ensuring all of them (internal and externals) are working in compliance with Quality, EHS. He/She will be the main point of contact for managing projects aligning the site needs and global expectations.

    As part of the site LST, he/she will be participating in Budget and Strat Plan discussions to ensure that Digital Needs for the sites are well addressed and have the right funding.

    The Digital Logistics Site Manager will:

    • Define the SITE priorities (timing) and resources (budgets/FTEs) required in order to adopt standard & global processes.
    • Implement an ITS-Risk Management Culture for the site.
    • Manage site user service relationship and serve as the “go to” person for the site.
    • Propose and support the ITS Site Master Plan.
    • Manage the Cyber security activities and the ITS activities related to the Site Business Continuity
    • Working with the infrastructure team, ensure that standards are properly enforced, and new releases/ infrastructure projects are properly communicated and deployed in the SITE.
    • Responsible for utilization of consistent ITS methodologies for local projects.
    • Responsible for the SITE ITS budget.
    • Responsible for SITE overall computerized systems inventory and cartography.
    • Ensure the SITE requirements are represented in the requirements and design phases of the standardization/globalization process.
    • Proactively identify the existing SITE computerized systems that will be impacted as a result of standardization/globalization and prepare a retirement/transition plan (including budget, timeline, FTE, cost savings and incremental benefits) .
    • Collaborate as appropriate to ensure the best usage of existing applications in the portfolio and contribute to functional alignment of the site.
    • Ensure proper implementation of Sanofi ITS Security and Continuity (Disaster Recovery Plans) Policies and Procedures, conduct remediation actions when required, monitor them via KPIs and communicate for SITE overall computerized systems.

    • Lead an Immunology research team to develop differentiated and high value projects and manage research programs in the emerging area of immune tolerance, immune regulation and autoimmunity
    • Maintain strategic focus across multiple complex drug discovery programs in prioritizing resource allocation and drive decisions consistent with Cluster, TA and corporate goals
    • Provide expertise in Immunology necessary for the identification of the best targets and disruptive therapeutic approaches in this space and lead their advancement through Sanofi governance
    • Lead, motivate and train a laboratory team, including principal/senior scientists and technicians dedicated to the identification and modulation of nodal targets and pathways of relevance to tolerance
    • Develop novel in vitro/ex-vivo approaches to support portfolio programs in close collaboration with other group heads and the Cluster Head

    The head of M&S Operational Excellence will be part of the M&S GBU Leadership Team aligning M&S GBU expectations and ways of working with the one sanofi M&S network.

    Leading the performance ambition setting process for the GBU, by:

    • Conducting internal / external benchmarks (e.g., Pobos) to identify gaps /opportunities.
    • Driving the performance workstream during Strat Plan and Budget to define targets
    • Cascading ambition into relevant KPI trajectories (e.g., cost, productivity, yield & scrap, cycle time, supplier excellence, etc.)

    Developing and owning the GBU performance roadmap, by:

    Principales missions

    • Dans le cadre du développement de nouveaux vaccins, le titulaire contribue à garantir la qualité des systèmes (bâtiments, équipements, utilités) et processus permettant la production des produits destinés à des études cliniques en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires (nationales et internationales)
