Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a BACK-END & SYSTEMS CONFIRMED DEVELOPER (f/m) to join our Flight & Integration Tests - Test Means department based in Toulouse, France.

Within Test Means Software Development (1VMDG) , you'll be part of a team of tech enthusiasts who develop numerous tools and components for the domain. This team also provides expertise, challenges solutions and proposals, and participates in operational support efforts.

The team is driven by a strong sense of accomplishment, mutual aid, and service. You'll gain knowledge in many technological and functional areas, and contribute significantly to our collective work. Your challenges:

• Act as a back-end & systems technical developer for 1VMDG, and a back-up for lab-systems teams (1VMDY)
• Build software tools related to back-end & systems skills
• Provide technical support & challenge (solutions, technologies & patterns, supplier proposals, and even needs)
• Promote software development best-practices to our technical community (dev-ops, test-driven development…)
• Work in collaboration with 1VMD functional teams, and architects
• Work in collaboration with our systems & hardware collaborators to provide end-to-end solutions (embedded, connected…)

Your boarding pass:

• Experience : 3 years minimum in a similar environment

Technical skills

• Confirmed back-end developer (C/C++, Java, C#…)
• Systems & protocols knowledge (IENA, ARINC…)
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems & containers
• Average knowledge of Windows systems
• Advanced DEV-OPS use and ability to train newcomers
• Quality software development (SonarQube, test-driven development…)
• Middlewares (databases, kafka broker…)
• Project discipline (advanced)
• Agile/Scrum (advanced)
