Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional with strong expertise in AI, automation, and
process improvement to join our HR team in Dublin for 2 years. The position will suit someone who is
curious and innovative and is passionate about improving the way HR works.

shaped. This role will focus on enhancing and streamlining HR processes, reducing manual and repetitive
tasks, and improving the efficiency and consistency of how the HR function operates. The successful
candidate will combine a strong understanding of core HR processes with the technical capability to
design, build, and implement scalable automation solutions using AI, Power Automate and other
technologies.
What you will be responsible for
- Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate
- Design and build automation solutions using **Power Automate** and other relevant AI-enabled
- Work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain
- Develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and increase
- Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation initiatives within the HR function.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and can be adapted for use across other Amundi locations.
- Document processes, workflows, and solution designs clearly to support governance, handover,
- Test, refine, and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure reliability and user adoption.
- Provide guidance and training to HR team members on new tools, workflows, and ways of working.
- Stay informed on developments in AI, automation, and HR technology, and proactively suggest new
- Partner with HR and technology stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business
