As part of the Vaccine Global Market Access Department, within Franchise & Product Strategy, you'll help generate and communicate the robust economic evidence that maximizes the value of our vaccines — from early development through launch and beyond.

Main responsibilities

  • Define and execute the health economics evidence generation strategy for assigned vaccine franchises, translating priorities into Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (iEGP) aligned across all key stakeholders
  • Lead the development and timely delivery of high-quality HEVA deliverables — including Core Value Dossiers, Economic Models, and Payer Evidence Generation Plans — to support pricing, reimbursement, and NITAG recommendation decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access & Pricing, Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, and Epidemiology teams to embed HEVA strategies within product and portfolio decision-making
  • Build and sustain relationships with external advisors in infectious disease and vaccines, fostering scientific exchange and advocacy for the evidence base
  • Support country teams in developing and adapting health economic models and materials for HTA submissions, reimbursement decisions, and payer objection handling
  • Ensure timely dissemination of findings through peer-reviewed publications and congress presentations, maximizing the scientific and commercial impact of HEVA evidence
  • Engage with senior leadership to communicate high-level strategies and long-term vision for assigned vaccine franchises

About you

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in HEOR in pharmaceutical industry, CRO or academic experience
  • Knowledge of methods and principles of health economics, health technology assessment (HTA) reviews
  • Understanding in clinical development principles, epidemiology, biostatistics
  • Significant country experience is a must and Global experience is an asset
  • Previous experience in vaccine or infectious diseases is an asset

Technical and softs skills:

  • Deep knowledge of health economics methods and HTA frameworks; advanced proficiency in economic modeling (static and dynamic) ; solid understanding of clinical development, epidemiology, and biostatistics
  • Strategic & analytical mindset — Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and evidence strategies with rigorous economic modeling
  • Forward-thinking approach — Identify opportunities to maximize impact across the product lifecycle
  • Compelling communication — Translate complex information into clear narratives for diverse audiences (leadership, payers, HTA bodies)
  • Stakeholder influence — Engage and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Education:

  • MD, Pharm D or PhD in Health Economics or a related field; candidates with other qualifications must demonstrate a strong scientific background

Languages:

  • Fluent English required
  • French is an asset

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste est: €89 200, 00 - €118 933

La rémunération finale sera déterminée en fonction de l'expérience démontrée, des compétences, de la localisation et d'autres facteurs pertinents. Les employés peuvent être éligibles pour participer aux programmes d'avantages sociaux de l'entreprise.
