You will join the “Operations - Customer Support & Quality” department supporting a team composed of Customer support Managers, Customer Logistic Managers and Technical representatives in their daily tasks assisting a large portfolio of civilian and governmental customers performing their missionsYou will contribute in developing projects such as
Fleet availability performance and development
Develop processes with customers and partners
Ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery (On-time, on quality)
Manage, analyze Key indicators and SQCDP
Maximize customer satisfaction and achieve regional objectives
Develop project management process for strategic customers

Excellent analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills
You have the following skills and experience:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business development, Project management or a related discipline.
- Experience in Supply chain, Industrial environment, Aeronautical (preferable) -
- IT tools – Google suite, CRM, Salesforce
Meeting, listening, understanding and be force of proposal
● Language Skills: English negotiation level
