How about joining us as Training Administrative Support on a 6‑month fixed-term contract?
We are looking for a motivated person to join a small, dynamic and growing structure, to provide administrative support to the Customer Service department.
The Customer Service team ensure the smooth running of the training sessions in collaboration with the Delivery Team and with the Customer Success Managers (Sales & Marketing) . They are the operational interface between customers, trainers and the various external service providers. They are also responsible for monitoring the quality.
Your mission:
Support the Training Program Deployment
[On a daily basis]
- Accountable for data input accuracy in relevant IT systems: session creation, confirmations, invitations, cancellations
- Communication to Trainers : provide confirmations, invitations, digital attendance sheet,
- Interface with Logistics internally to Provide the necessary training materials & associated equipment for the deployment
- Preparation of attendance sheet
- Preparation of evaluation forms
- Collect hot and cold feedbacks

- Request access on the different training locations for the trainers and for participants
- Preparation of Training certificates
- Send pre-work elements to participants
- Organise logistics (rooms, industrial visits, travels & visa, leisure activities)
- Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional topics :
- Maintain course descriptions & material
- Support training material revamp when needed
Profile / Competencies:
- Customer orientation, good level of listening and communication
- Organization and Rigor
- Autonomy, pro-activity and flexibility
- Excellent ability to work in a team
- At ease with figures and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and ability to learn other computer tools
- Fluent French & English required
