General description:Legrand Nordic Zone consists of Legrand Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Norway. Additionally, we create marine solutions in Italy and have global export operations. Our shared goal is to become the leading provider of electrical solutions in our area! In addition to manufacturing and selling products familiar to the Legrand brand, we also design and manufacture Ensto products with over 60 years worth of experience in our two factories in Estonia, Keila near Tallinn and Paide.
The VIE role focuses on industrial controlling and requires a strong ability to analyse and understand financial data. You should be proactive in exploring and interpreting numbers to support the company's growth and decision-making processes. This position offers a valuable experience for those looking to have an impact on business operations.
Activities:
1. Industrial Controlling (40%)
- Implement and monitor Operation KPI’s
- Monthly analysis of cost of production (price, volume, efficiency, productivity…)
- Cost controlling and analysis
- Calculate items production cost (PRI)
- Monitoring physical inventory (slow movers, depreciation, cycle counting, days coverage..)
- Productivity tracking and reporting
- Business partner to the business in general
- Monthly closing: active participation in the month end closing process
- Annual budget: active participation in building budget as regards the Operations part
- Other various reporting to be made to Legrand Group throughout the year
- Ensure compliance with Group standards by enforcing internal control measures throughout the company
- Participation in the annual self-assessment process (ICSA)
- Driving continuous improvement across the business (digitalization, process improvement…)
- Various projects based on business needs
Profil recherché
Skills / Experience:- Higher education from a business school or university, with a successful first experience in finance, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of accounting, finance, and management control, combined with strong analytical skills
- Strong interest in digital tools and information systems: proficiency in common software applications (MS Office and advanced Excel skills) , ERP systems. Knowledge of Power BI would be considered a plus.
- Professional and fluent English required.
