Missions
As part of the Airbus Japan Finance team, you will be responsible for the following core activities:Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and forecasts for the Airbus Japan entity.
Reporting: Under the direct supervision of the Head of Finance, you will handle numerous reports and budget monitoring tasks.
Support: Assisting the Management Control team and standardizing specific processes (CAPEX, Grants, structural cost base, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ARM access, rolling inventories, shareholder reporting, Treasury, Forecasts) .
Compliance: Updating processes implemented since 2025 and monitoring Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) processes.
The position is based at the Kobe plant, but business trips to Tokyo are expected (once or twice a month) to support financial activities at the Airbus headquarters; you must therefore be willing to travel accordingly
Profil recherché
Required SkillsEducation: Master’s degree in Business/Marketing and/or an Engineering degree.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team while remaining autonomous.
Interest: Strong interest in the aerospace industry or high-tech products.
Culture: Good knowledge of Asia and its diverse cultures.
Languages: Fluent English (negotiation level) ; Japanese (intermediate level)
