Missions

• Assistant to the Real Estate fund manager in the daily tasks, which involves among others:

• Supervision of internal and external stakeholders;
• Support in financing and structuring analysis;
• Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee, …) and corporate governance;
• Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks;

• Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Controller in the daily tasks, in supporting and participating in periodic financial controls, external audit coordination and budget planning;
• Assistant to the Internal Valuator on both RE and PE/PD products;
• Assistant to the Real Assets fund structuring unit;
• Participation in the evolution of management, control tools and market researches.

Profil recherché

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance
• A first experience in a banking environment is ideal
• Languages: fluent in English, good level in French, German or Italian could be a plus;
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Qualities required: organization and planning skills, rigor, proactivity, sense of initiative, flexibility, good analytical skills and synthesis, ability to anticipate and react quickly, adaptability.
