Missions
Within SWE Cluster End End Optimisation Center, the Prodcution and Sourcing team's mission is to ensure product availability (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon & Hydrogen) and thus guarantee customer satisfaction, while optimizing costs and environmental impact. Our perimeter covers France, Italy and Iberia. Within the end ot end team we interact very closely with Logistics, Plant Performance and Energy Teams. Within the cluster we work closely withthe Operations and Maintenace teams as well. Your missions will be in the perimeter of Sourcing and Logistics and interacting with production as well."
Support on the deployment of the FIT Value initiatives in the E2E Optimisation Center:
1) Deployment of the S&OP ( 18 months ) in the SWE Cluster (Iberia, France, Italy)
- Support Sourcing Plan standardisation by product and for all countries
- Lead Powerbi development (client needs, forecast vs actual, product balance, fleet sizing etc.) , standardization and deployment
- Improve forecasting tools and adapt to all molecules
- Work with dispocoacher to fully engage in the deployment of BTA in France and Italy . Preparing the data required in the dispatching tool-ALTO, support on training the dispatchers, analysing their results, closing the loop to ensure a good implementation and key -takeaways that can be replicated in other entities
- Support the implementation of BTA at SWE cluster level. This will include tasks such as exchanging with the Bulk dispocoachers from Iberia, France and Italy for process harmonization and performing/replicating analysis on their results
