Missions
As a part of the GBS Global HR team, this position repors to the HR Head of the Group GBS and works closely with the GBS resional HR teams located in Argentina, Portugal, France, Malaysia and China. The collaboration inlcudes working with various HR Centers of Excellence like Talent Development, Learning, Total Rewards etc. The job involves frequent intercgtions and exposure to the GBS Global leadership team."Contributing to the project planning and implementation of the Talent Development initiatives and GBS HR strategy
Plan and organize Talent reviews and succession planning for each GBS Regional Center as well as other key population segments
Support the Global Learning initiatives including GBS Learning Curriculum / GBS Academy
Contribute to various HR Data and analytics activities

Education: Master degreeSoft and Hard Skills
Must have: Academic background of HR / Business Management, Collaborative and open mindset, English proficiency in speaking, writing and reading, Autonomy in using data, speadsheets, slides and docs.
Nice to have: Prior internship in comparable area of work
Languages English fluency is Must have
