Join Société Générale Luxembourg! You'll be working in the team dedicated to the Business Continuity ManagementAs a VIE, you will assist the Business Continuity Manager.
You will discover a bank with multiple activities: Investment Banking, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Issuing Banking and Investor Services.
Tasks:
Participate in the organization of technical tests DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan)
Participate in the organization of BCP tests (Business Continuity Plan)
Participate in the implementation of the annual BIA review campaign (Business Impact Analysis)
Assess continuity risks on outsourced services and ICT partners (Information and Communication Technology)
Ensure the follow-up of implementations of DORA obligations related to the BCM function
Draft responses to Due Diligence and Request For Proposal from clients/prospects on Business Continuity Process
Draft or update procedures
A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.
Please note that it is mandatory to provide us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date. No VIE mission will start without this document. *Grade sheets are not accepted as justification of diploma.

Studies & experience:
Graduate with a Master degree from a business school or university, with a specialization in finance, business continuity management or DORA regulation
Language skills:
Fluent in English and French
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Experience in the banking sector and large-scale project management is appreciated
You have excellent synthesis and writing skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
You are dynamic and have relationship facilities (many transversal contacts throughout the Bank)
Support the crisis coordinator when the crisis unit is activated
