Activity of Air Liquide crosses several business segments - Large Industries, Industrial Merchant, Healthcare, Electronics and Hydrogen to Energy - around 3 countries - Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The headquarter of Air Liquide Benelux is based in Brussel.
Presentation of the team and business activities
Under the responsibility of the Benelux F&P Sales Director, the services team (currently 2 persons) develops the sellings of services in 3 countries : Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands for all markets' segments (4) .
Developing the selling of services can be seen as bounding a solid relationship with customers. While the selling of gasses (= Air Liquide Core Business) ENABLE the selling of services, the sellings of services is there to SUPPORT the selling of gasses.
In your function, you will be in relation with every ALBI departments, interacting continuously with
* The sales team :
Field Sales Representatives & inside sales team divided in 4 market segments (M&P, R&A, F&P and E&P)
Each market segment is managed by 1 Sales Director (Total 4 persons) & 1 Inside Sales Manager.
* The operations team :
- Engineering
- Maintenance
- Stock and transport
- The Pricing Team
- The Commercial Excellence Team
- The SHEQ Team
- The Administrative departments

"Linked to services strategic plan and in line with the yearly defined roadmap, your main missions would be, within the Benelux, to :
- Industrialize the services process and execution flow
- Standardized the processes within the organization
- Simplify the processes and build up a professional communication model between all the involved departments
- Define and create services marketing content
- In case of need, be the benelux point of contact for services oriented questions
Increase the Benelux Services Business in terms of turnover, volumes & growth
Simplify and facilitate the internal Benelux process flow in order to better sell our services solutions on our Benelux market."
