Our site in Aalter is a very unique hydrocarbons production facility with a team of 7 highly motivated persons with a very broad knowledge in the production and filling of hydrocarbon products. This site is in a transition phase for modernisation of daily used tools which requires extra support to ease the process for this particular site.

"We look for a business data analyst with a strong interest in coding for supporting in IT tool transition process for a production site
- Study the current Aalter ERP system (dBase) and all related spin-off tools and convert data and processes to SAP and other (new) spin-off tools (incl.transfer from excel to google sheets or PowerBI) to ensure a full business continuity
- product track & trace system, transport documents, product references, production orders planning, stock overview, prepare data for data migration, user acceptance testing, KPI measurements, project follow-up, order follow-up, managing overlap between old and new ways of working while minimizing visable impact for customers, adjustment of SOP's, …
- reduce adminstrative load by creating more automised processes and files
- location: Aalter (close to Gent) as home base, visits to eg Brussel for meetings with data team and other stakeholders

"Must have:
- at ease working with digital tools & ERP (google sheets, …preferably as well SAP and PBI) incl programming (Python, Javascripts, …) . There will be a supporting link with the regional Digital and data team.
- eager to deep dive and to understand data and processes
- working independantly (self starter) and proactive in suggesting solutions
- communicative and able to work with multiple interfaces (digital team, project team, production team, …)
- continuous improvement
- experience in training others
