We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Digital Marketing Administrator to join our busy Marketing team (UK, Cramlington) .The person selected for this role will become part of the Legrand Care Marketing team, supporting both regional and global marketing initiatives to elevate the Company's brands. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in digital marketing or events, a degree in a relevant area such as digital or marketing studies, and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience of assisting with strategic campaign rollouts across various business channels. Key responsibilities include online content management, analysis and reporting of site traffic, channel performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics. The role also involves coordination of events and various region-specific commercial activities, as well as ongoing support for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the broader organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement effective SEO, PPC, and Google AdWords strategies to drive targeted traffic and boost online presence for all brands.
- Create engaging digital content tailored for various platforms, whilst continuously optimising the company website for usability, search engine performance, and user experience.
- Monitor activity across digital platforms, compiling regular analytics reports to evaluate performance and inform future marketing decisions.
- Support the planning, scheduling, and analysis of social media initiatives to optimise audience engagement and brand storytelling across all relevant channels.
- Develop, schedule, and report on e-marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events by overseeing logistics, handling invitations, and conducting post-event follow-ups to boost engagement and strengthen brand presence.
- Provide comprehensive support for a range of commercial activities throughout the region, ensuring alignment with local business objectives and market dynamics.
- Conduct thorough research into industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity, presenting findings to the team to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement and monitor advertising and public relations strategies, ensuring campaigns are effective and consistent with brand messaging.
- Support GDPR-compliant lead generation activities, maintaining high standards of data privacy and integrity in all marketing processes.
- Source and organise promotional materials and gifts for campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the Legrand Care marketing team, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations and project delivery.
- Foster strong working relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners, facilitating collaboration and the successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Efficiently manage requests from various teams and partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses to support cross-functional objectives.
- Assist with the launch of new products, ensuring marketing activities are coordinated to align with overall business goals and maximise market impact.
- Actively promote and uphold Legrand’s Core Values, Code of Ethics, and Corporate Social Responsibility commitments in all marketing activities and interactions
Profil recherché
Graduated from a digital or marketing discipline, or CIM Professional Diploma, is highly desirable.- Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Strong computer literacy is essential, particularly with Microsoft Office
- Experience with marketing automation systems such as Pardot (or equivalent) desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
