Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solution Innovator in Generative Artificial Intelligence (f/m) to join our Innovation & Digital Solutions based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing Innovation for Customer Services . As part of the Digital Innovation Team, you will be involved in a “Design Thinking” innovation Squad aiming at integrating disruptive technologies into existing markets and services.

Our Digital Innovation is a multicultural and multi pluridisciplinary team composed of 35 people. The purpose of our Innovation team is to leverage value-based design-thinking and explore emerging technologies to deliver market-validated learnings for industrialization of innovative services.
The Solution Innovator is responsible for the feasibility: Operational, Technical, Schedule, Economic and legal and Sustainability.
The role involves collaborating with the Strategic Design & Value Architect Squad to:
- Understand and analyze user needs: Gather and manage solution feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and prototyping. Develop a clear understanding of user personas, pain points, and journeys.
- Contribute to solution definition and strategy: Elaborate insights based on product, technology, and market trends. Provide input on cost structure and value proposition. Contribute to the business case, estimate the global roadmap, and define the budget for the future technical solution (including resources for prototype development) .
- Ensure feasibility and design the solution: Define the feasibility team setup, including governance and processes. Identify and select the appropriate technologies to solve the problem and design the future solution, including the creation of the Architecture dossier, with support from architects, data governance, and security experts.
- Validate and de-risk technology: Develop technical prototypes and de-risk the technology bricks necessary for solution development, capturing validated learning.
- Maintain technological awareness: Conduct Tech Watching to monitor the usage of existing technologies and perform Tech Scouting to stay informed about emerging technologies and new trends.
- Share expertise: Disseminate knowledge to the TechWatch community.
Your boarding pass:
- Deep Expertise in Artificial Intelligence: Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in AI, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) , Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , and Prompt Engineering.
- Prototyping & Feasibility Analysis: Proven hands-on skills for rapid prototyping of GenAI-based solutions and delivering comprehensive feasibility analyses.
- Digital Technology Acumen: Strong awareness of the digital technology landscape and the ability to proactively identify, learn, and apply new technologies to meet customer needs.
- Strategic and Creative Thinking: Capacity to think strategically while generating creative solutions.
Mindset & Behavioral Competencies:
- Customer-Centric & Proactive: Customer-minded, challenging, curious, and open-minded.
- Collaboration & Autonomy: Highly collaborative and a strong team player, yet autonomous and self-organized with robust problem-solving skills.

- Data Sensitivity & IP Management: Working closely with data governance to define and uphold data governance principles (e.g., GDPR, Export Control) . Actively identifying and implementing measures to protect Intellectual Property (IP) when working with customers and partners.
- Language: Negotiation level in English.
- Technical Plus: Hands-on technical skills in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Google Cloud.
