Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

• In enger Abstimmung mit den Kollegen der ERP PSL sowie Ansprechpartnern aus den verschiedenen AH-Fachbereichen sind Sie für die Konzeption und Beratung in Bezug auf Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte im SAP-Umfeld zuständig.
• Zu den betreuten System zählen: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, SAP GRC
• Sie nehmen die Rollen- und Berechtigungsanforderung auf und setzen Berechtigungsprozesse bei Einhaltung interner und externe Vorgaben um
• Sie unterstützen bei internen und externen Audits
• Die ERP PSL unterstützt Implementierungen von SAP bei allen AH Niederlassungen weltweit - zu Fragen bzgl. SAP Authorizations werden Sie auch internationale Roll-out Teams unterstützen
• Das Betreuen von Fragen rund um das User Management, das Monitoring der Einhaltung von Authorization-Prinzipien und das Analysieren und Beheben von Problemen rund um das SAP Berechtigungswesen vervollständigen das Aufgabenspektrum
• Im Rahmen der ServiceNow Endanwender-Plattform unterstützen Sie das ERP PSL Team bei der Definition von Workflows

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Sie haben einen abgeschlossenes Studium in Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbar
• Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP Technologien speziell im Bereich SAP Berechtigungsmanagement (SAP ECC6, SAP S/4 Hana und SAP GRC)
• Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Aufgabenmanagement (vorzugsweise Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden)
• Verständnis für IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen.
• Sprachkenntnisse Englisch: Verhandlungssicher
• Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• In cooperation with all team members of our ERP PSL and colleagues from different functions of AH you will be responsible for the conceptual design and review of SAP authorization concepts in accordance to the external as well as internal requirements
• Supported technologies are SAP ECC6, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP GRC
• Analysing and understanding business requirements for authorization needs and translating those business needs into role and authorization implementations
• Your are supporting internal and external audits
• The ERP PSL team is supporting SAP implementations of all AH entities worldwide - As part of the international rollout team, you will support our projects in the implementation of SAP authorizations
• The support of the user management, monitoring of compliance with authorization guidelines and analysis and elimination of problems in the environment of SAP authorizations, completes your field of activities
• For the implementation of ServiceNow end user application you will support the ERP PSL team for definitions of request workflows

Desired skills and qualifications

• Degree in information technologies, information management or similar
• Several years of experience with SAP products, especially linked to Authorization Management (SAP ECC6, SAP S/4 Hana and SAP GRC)
• Experienced in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies)
• Solid understanding of IT security and compliance requirements
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory
• We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous and structured, flexible, curious with good communication skills, entrepreneurial and customer oriented with a deep knowledge on SAP technologies
• The candidate shall be in all cases a team player, team oriented and service minded
