- Map customer journeys and analyze competitor strategies.
- Support development and management of current digital tools and websites for 3
- Test and validate the UX/UI of new global applications to ensure functionality and user-friendliness
- Refine customer personas and support content strategy.
- Analyze data, create reports, and improve customer experience.
- Manage tickets in JIRA and ensure data/document accuracy on digital tools.
- Collaborate across Czech and French teams to align strategies
Profil recherché
- Tech savvy, interest in digital apps/online world & marketing in general, interest in investments,
- Being independent and highly self-motivated is essential
- Written and spoken English at C1 level
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Attention to detail
- Creativity
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to improve tools
- Ability to learn, search for information, and use AI
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tool
- Written and spoken English at C1 level,
- Czech/Slovak/Bulgarian language is a plus and enable further options to work on content and websites for those countries and other tasks
