Description de l'emploi :

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Human Resources Advisor (HR Advisor) (f/m) to join our Transnational HR Business Partners (HRBP) team, based in Toulouse, France.

You will be immersed in HRBP activities and develop your generalist experience, or do a first step from the business to HR? You will be joining the department “HR Integrated Functions which activities include the management and/or coordination of all central and transversal HR activities for our Corporate Functions with a focus on Finance.

Your challenges:

We will provide you with HR generalist experience: Workforce management, Digitalization and HR Reward, Talent Management, Learning Activities, Labour Relations, just to name a few topics.

Main challenges:

Will be to support various Human Resources activities and processes within integrated functions by:

  • Improving the foundations for data analytics within our HR activities
  • Supporting the Finance HRBP community on HR Calender
  • Actively supporting the employee life cycle (from hire to retire)
  • Support all the administrative tasks in the HR myPulse
  • Support HC / workforce planning (OP / FC / actuals)
  • Finance KPI Dashboard monitoring
  • Supporting on transversal projects (Career Path, Talent Management)

Given the transdivisional and transnational scope of Integrated Functions, you will get international experience and you will get familiar with HR policies, process and tools and develop your communication skills given the multiple interfaces with the team and business customers.

You will contribute to understanding the Change management process within the HR function, identifying potential solutions and support in the implementation process.

You will deep dive on Competences, Learning management and development Plans in order to support the functions to enhance their Competences & learning plans in line with Functional requirements.

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

  • Academic Background: Business Administration, HR or Related
  • First experiences in HR or as HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
  • Business Partner approach, capacity to interact/share/manage stakeholders, customer-oriented approach towards a HRBP team
  • Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self - organization, capacity to prioritize topics
  • Rigor and confidentiality
  • High level of autonomy
  • A knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus
  • Language Skills: English advanced level, additional languages are a plus
