Missions
The VIE's mission is to be an active agent of change, combining project coordination rigour withhands-on process and technical implementation support for the NCE CSC transformation.
- Automation & Digital Project Support: Support the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of
projects, ensuring successful integration into the new CSC processes.
- Process Excellence & Standardization: Actively work with country operational teams and Workgroup
Procedures - SOPs, User Guides) , and organize/conduct training sessions.
- Workshop Facilitation & Change Management: Prepare and conduct cross-functional workshops with

Profil recherché
Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,Engineering, or Finance. A specialization in Business Process
Management or Digital Transformation is a plus.
Hard skils:
: Mastery of Google Slides/PowerPoint for high-impact
communication, Data Analytics (Excel, Google Sheets)
: Process Mapping/Modeling (Visio, Lucidchart…) ,
Familiarity with Customer Service processes (CSC) , Working
experience with project management tools (Smartsheets, …) , Data
Visualization Tool (e.g., Power BI) , Basic understanding of AI and
RPA
