Missions
1. Support the daily operations of the HR AcademyCoordinate, manage, and animate activities related to the run of the HR Academy.
Help organize sessions, maintain calendars, update content, and manage logistics.
2. Research & Analyze HR Trends
Analyze community engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Research and benchmark HR trends, L&D innovations, and new capabilities to enhance the HR learning experience.
3. Lead Communications for HR Learning & Development
Drive internal and external communication efforts for HR L&D initiatives.
Prepare communication materials, newsletters, campaign content, and community updates.
4. Manage Digital Tools & Reporting
Maintain SharePoint sites, dashboards, and performance reports.
Ensure content accuracy and user-friendly navigation across digital tools.
5. Collaborate on Global HR Projects
Work closely with HR Strategy and Talent Management Leads on shared initiatives and deliverables.
Contribute to the global development of HR capabilities and strategic projects
Profil recherché
EducationMaster’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
First professional experience through internships or apprenticeships, ideally in:
Human Resources
Learning & Development
Communications
Digital Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Understanding of video editing tools is a plus.
Languages
Fluent English is required.
Any additional language is an asset.
