Missions

Airbus FHS provides customized services to its Customers (mainly Airlines) ranging from FHS-Component up to a TSP (Tailored Support Program) with the objective to provide airlines with significant inventory management and repair cost savings whilst supporting the improvement of their maintenance and engineering activities to allow an increased aircraft reliability and availability.

Tasks & Accountabilities
We are looking for a skilled and passionate professional for our Component Operations team .This is more than a material management expert role; it's a chance to drive improvement, innovation and pioneering FHS footprint in the region.

Your main tasks will include

Support Gathering of Materials Aftermarket Intelligence focused on Customer & Suppliers Base, warehousing, Logistics, Repairs & USM , Distribution Network & Fleet Technical Management

Support Activities related Formulation of Region Dynamics and growth drivers along Local for Local and Local for Global Synergies, Collaboration with Digital teams ( and other One Roof Teams) , & Partnerships/Offsets studies

Support Activities related to linking FHS Region to Ambition 2030 cornerstones including MMIP & FHS Strategy Paper 2024

Provide support on project management to the various IISM transformation project leaders

Investigate opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives in the overall area of the business. Support Management of projects in-flow in the IISM portfolio ( pre-filter ideas, ensure readiness and organise value assessments) and manage arbitrations

Leadership Support Materials: Prepare and consolidate presentations for Head of IISM when required (e.g., meetings, reviews, objectives, risks) .

Support Development of Component repair activities within the region including Managing Repair Loop & Coordination with Supplier & customer

Support Sales campaign in the region as directed & contribute to business development activities in order to enhance regional footprint

Support Development of Customer Operations and Component Supply Chain Improvement activities within the region aligned with FHS Business Strategy and regionalization footprint

Profil recherché

Educated to at least a Bachelor (BAC+3) level in Aerospace Engineering/Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent

Technical knowledge:

Strong Project Management Foundation - Project Management Certifications are Desirable

1 -2 years of experience of Aviation Logistics environment

Knowledge of OEM, Suppliers or MRO Operations.

Capacity to work in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of Airline Operations and/or Power by Hour Hour Services related activities is preferred

Knowledge of Manufacturer Warranty , Supplier Warranty Management, Airline Logistics and Supply Chain Management is preferred

Knowledge of Maintenance Information System principle is required.

Knowledge on specific Maintenance Information systems (AMASIS, RAMCO, AMOS) desirable.

Excellent level of spoken and written English
