Make a real impact on procurement strategy and shape the future of procurement in Austria and Switzerland by:Analyzing the gap between European procurement strategy and our local Austrian and Swiss processes.
Leading strategic projects with smaller spends (benchmarking, offer requests, etc.) .
Developing and implementing a preferred supplier strategy, including portfolio assessment and creation as well as supplier cleansing.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders (e.g. internal, buyers, EU category managers, etc) to share the project updates and progress.
Supporting contract management, catalog databases, RFQ processes, negotiations, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement projects to enhance the procurement journey (e.g., online catalogs and punch-outs modifications, streamlined buying channels, supplier management) .
Driving process improvement and automation. Identifying new solutions.
Delivering insightful analyses, reports, and presentations.

Profil recherché
General profile:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
Interest in procurement and supply chain management
Eager to learn and contribute to a team environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
German knowledge - nice to have
Soft skills:
Effective Communication skills, to be able to understand others needs by positioning yourself in their shoes. This includes active listening and ability to present information effectively as well as adapt communication style to different audiences.
Responsive and responsible team player, open-minded and loves to work with diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, inducing the ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop creative solutions.
