Job Description
Mission Summary:
Support in the development and execution of cluster & local HR initiatives.
You will contribute to this mission by…
- Support on the transformation HR Projects
- Support on the HR Campaigns (performance process, goals setting, compensation processes, learning and development and talent management processes)
- Review and update job descriptions
- Build reports to follow the HR activity (KPIs)
- Ensure yearly plans are adapted to strategy.
- Support Employee Experience Campaigns: on-boarding yearly events, diversity, diversity….
- Recruitment of trainees and non M&P (identification, interview, offer, contract generation…) and local support for M&P recruitment
- Follow-up of on-boarding of new employees
- Support and Follow-up of the bonus and merit campaign + other salary increases
