The Application Owner is responsible for managing the portfolio of applications that are used in the AVD manufacturing processes, not including the SAP ERP and PKMS. The Application Owner will document the current state, determine the future state and develop plans to improve the applications accordingly. Acting as the primary point of accountability, the Application Owner ensures that the application meets business needs, delivers value, and complies with internal and external standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Governance & Strategy
o Align application capabilities with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
o Define and track KPIs to evaluate application performance and value delivery.
- Stakeholder Management
o Collect, prioritize, and translate business requirements into application features or enhancements.
o Lead or participate in steering committees and user groups.
- Operations & Support
o Coordinate with support teams to manage incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis.
o Oversee license management, renewals, and contract compliance.
- Change & Release Management
o Collaborate with project managers and development teams on new deployments or integrations.
o Maintain test plans and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
- Risk & Compliance
o Collaborate with InfoSec and audit teams on assessments and mitigation plans.
- Documentation & Training
o Support training and onboarding efforts for end users and support teams
Profil recherché
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
- Experience:
o Proven experience managing enterprise or SaaS-based applications.
o Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps principles is preferred.
o Experience with the ServiceNow system.
- Skills:
o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
o Ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
o Understanding of data governance, system integrations, and cloud technologies
