Missions
Ops control team is composed of 2 peoples (1 Junior, 1 senior)Ops control is a transversal function & is interacting regularly with :
- Locally with accounting team, procurement team, operational team, HR & IT team. In english.
- With our shared service center (delocalized accounting) : In english.
- With ops control cluster team + HO in Paris (on reporting) : In English and/or French
Conduct relevant analysis to obtain a clear understanding of the events and trends of operational and financial results of the company and make proposals to the management accordingly on the risks and opportunities.
Conduct adhoc analysis to allow correct decision making
Prepare and validate the monthly results and comments
In charge of the preparation of the monthly reporting packages in IRIS for the controlling part.
Prepare and manage dashboards to facilitate detailed analysis
Animate the Target and the Reforecasts and monitor their implementation.
Manage the investment process, participate in the evaluation and validation of the projects while ensuring proper coordination with various stakeholders, along with regular follow up and tracking of the ongoing projects as well as planning the financing needs.
Propose solutions to reinforce our strengths and address our weaknesses.
Bring more value and efficiency to the organization : identify sources of optimization & removal of waste (C-IMP)
Profil recherché
Education: A M com, MBA/PG in Finance or a Master's degree in finance or a relevant field is highly preferred.Expérience:
Internship in controllingSkills & Competencies: Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insightful conclusions.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) & google suite (Googlesheet) is essential.
