Poste et missions :
We are opening a VIE position early 2026 and seeking an analytical candidate passionate about ESG (Environmental, Social, and governance) and Sustainability to support the analysis and screening of ESG factors across companies and stock as part our Fundamental Investment Process in our Natural Resources team.
The role will support our team of portfolio managers and analyst by conducting ESG analysis and due diligence, identifying sustainability risks and opportunities. The role will also work with our Responsible Investment team to support the firm’s ESG and stewardship activities, contributing to the integration of responsible investment principles across portfolios.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sustainability and investments, offering exposure to engagement, proxy voting, ESG data analysis, and regulatory developments.

Content of the job / Description de la mission
- Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct in-depth ESG analysis of companies, sectors, and investment opportunities.
o Evaluate ESG performance using required frameworks
o Benchmark ESG metrics across portfolios and sectors.
o Collaborate with Responsible Investment team to stay current with ESG frameworks (e.g., EU SFDR, ISSB/SASB, SBTi, CDP) .
2. Risk & Opportunity Assessment
o Identify material ESG risks and opportunities
o Monitor global ESG trends and assess their implications for portfolio companies.
3. Engagement Support & Proxy Voting Administration
o Assist in preparing materials for corporate engagements, including ESG research and meeting notes. Support collaborative initiatives and advocacy efforts.
o Prepare ESG reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as required.
o Research proxy voting reports and recommendations to integrate governance insights
o Help manage proxy voting processes, resolve market-specific issues, and ensure alignment with client mandates.
4. ESG data and reporting
o Use ESG data platforms and proxy voting
o Liaise with data providers to generate ESG ratings, carbon reports, and exclusion lists.
o Assist in ESG reporting for clients and regulatory disclosures (e.g., SFDR) .
5. Committee & Project Coordination
o Prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs for the Responsible Investing Committee. Support internal RI training and contribute to PRI and other reporting projects
