Societe Generale Luxembourg’s investment fund services activities, commonly known as “Securities Services”, are growing strongly. Our role within the Securities Services Communications division is to support and promote this development. The strategy implemented allows us to work on many projects, with various interlocutors. In conjunction with the Securities Services Division and our experts, our missions are very diversified (external/internal/event communication) . The days are different! The position offers many opportunities to learn and participate in achieving ambitious goals in a human-sized environment. Within a team of 7 people, with complementary profiles and working in a positive and benevolent state of mind, everyone has the opportunity to develop.Roll out the annual communication plan, both for external and internal actions, under the supervision of the Communications Officer of the Securities Services
Promote our expertise and develop the visibility of Societe Generale Luxembourg’s Securities Services businesses and its brand: Societe Generale Securities Services
Communicate internally and inform teams about projects and successes / create the necessary communication tools and supports.
Coordinate and implement projects:
External communication:
Events: organization of breakfasts, lunch conferences, cocktails, the presence of the business line at trade fairs, etc.
Visibility: Content and visual production (excluding press relations) for social networks
Internal communication:
Writing articles for internal newsletters, internal information emailing, production of communication content (shooting and editing of internal videos, creation of visual, etc.)
Profil recherché
Studies & experience:Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Communication
A previous experience of minimum 6 months would be appreciated
Language skills:
Fluent in English
Technical, operational & soft skills:
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
