Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2400 collaborateurs, répartis sur 58 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de 200 000 clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.

As our Maintenance Transformation Program Leader, you'll be the driver of significant, long-term change across our maintenance processes in line with Air Liquide's ambitious reliability, safety, and digital targets.

Your Mission:

  • Lead Strategic Change: Develop and execute the vision and strategy for the maintenance transformation program, defining clear objectives and KPIs that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Process Optimization & Industrialization: Analyze current maintenance processes (execution, planning, etc.) , identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices, lean methodologies, and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Digital Integration: Integrate digital technologies into maintenance workflows, leveraging tools like Power BI or similar reporting tools for robust data analysis and performance follow-up.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and rigorous execution within the maintenance team.
  • Project and People Management: Manage end-to-end transformation projects and programs, ensuring the successful deployment and sustainable handover of new processes. This includes developing and providing essential training programs for maintenance staff.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key interface with Maintenance Excellence Leaders, Utility Managers, SMEs, R&D, and site Maintenance Managers to ensure robust process industrialization and full cultural integration.

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven professional with a proven track record in strategic maintenance and change management.


Key Requirements:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Significant professional experience within the oil and gas industry, including strong experience and knowledge in project/program management of transformation initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies, process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean) , and reliability performance improvement.
  • Digital Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, good IT skills, and experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) .
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent strategic thinking, change management skills, and the ability to communicate with impact across all levels—from field operators to leadership.
  • Cultural Fit: You are self-aware, customer-focused, committed to the company's long-term performance, and thrive in multidisciplinary project teams. English fluency is a must-have.
