our Mission

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our people strategy and driving employee engagement across the business. You’ll work closely with senior HRBPs and business leaders to deliver HR solutions that align with our strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the business unit.
Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in talent management activities including performance reviews, development planning, and succession planning.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
Contribute to employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Schneider Electric’s internal policies.

Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
