Missions
We are looking for a candidate for the position of “Client Service Representative”, whose mission is to work closely with the Sales team and to ensure an excellent quality of service to our clients.You will be in contact with a large number of contacts located in France, Luxembourg and in other countries (operational and management teams) and your main missions will be as follows:
- You will ensure the quality of the data in our CRM database for sales follow-up, and in our Product database for the follow-up of our clients' mandates/dedicated funds,
- You will follow-up clients’ requests and claims in an accurate and timely manner,
- You will ensure the identification of new clients and contribute to the constitution of compliance files (KYC) ,
- You will provide reporting to our clients in a timely and efficient manner,
- You will contribute to the update of different dashboards used by the team,
- You will participate in the creation of mandates and dedicated funds,
- You will contribute to improve the processes and tools used by the Client Servicing business line during your mission,
Profil recherché
Young Graduate or first experience in Financial Sector, preferably in Asset ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to timing and quality standards
Sense of priorities and autonomous
Structured way of working
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) = Very good knowledge
