Description de l'emploi :
The Creative Marketing team is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager, who will be part of delivering on the team’s mission to transform every touchpoint into a memorable and meaningful experience for our customers. To do so, you will need to work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to translate their competitive argumentation into compelling experiences digitally online and offline (both digitally and physically) that can be deployed across the full spectrum of marketing channels (social media, demo tours, emotional videos, AR, VR, NFT, etc) , while consistently motivating your stakeholders to go beyond the expected.
Key responsibilities:
The creative marketing manager is responsible for defining the creative marketing strategy, its feasibility and planning. Once validated you are in charge of on-time and on-budget delivery of all initiatives linked to your campaign / project.
Creative strategy and management:
- Contribute to promote all products & services, and execute promotion plans with experiences and creative designs.
- Shape and create marketing events (demo tours, Customer days) and transform every customer touchpoints into a memorable experience
- Oversee creative marketing content and planning within scope, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of all initiatives from customer centric podcasts, social media and visual design to immersive AR/VR experiences during airshows, customer meetings or any other customer touchpoints
- Influence sales campaign & Gam team (products / services) with a creative proposal for identified strategic campaigns
Project management:

- Ensure cross teams coordination consistency & engagement and alignment between regions and functions
- Due to the high visibility of our promotional activities - ensure alignment on a regular basis with the other divisions to ensure a consistent way of promoting Airbus products & services portfolio during Airshows
- Lead coordination with Procurement for suppliers identification, call for tender process and close follow up of the invoicing process
- Responsible of coordinating the flight test planning and some customers visits (static & flying)
- Shape marketing standards and procedures to ensure they are inspiring, brand consistent, and scalable
- Evaluate the relevance of key trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
- Monitor & measure the performance & impact of all our marketing projects with predefined KPIs
- A strong E&C culture is important due to the nature of all our activities
- Ensure best practices & areas of improvement are identified & implemented in future projects or missions
Work environment:
- Work under pressure and be able to keep customer centricity at all times
- This position required a good understanding of the business context with our customers as for static display or demo tour project management we are becoming the customers of our customers while still representing Airbus
- Being able to stand your ground to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriately represent Airbus in complex set up and negotiation (ex: demo tour)
- Being open to adapt to a very volatile & challenging environment
- Able to present your creative proposal / projects at the Leadership Team level (MCM)
- Travel is involved (at least once every 2 months)
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the sell process to define the most suitable creative proposal to influence the campaign accordingly
- Experience in event management and social media
- Proven ability to forge productive and amicable relationships across multiple functions
- Ability to transform digital data into actionable insights to shape more impactful and customer-centric campaigns
- Great knowledge of Airbus product and services positioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
- A creative and strategic thinker who is not afraid to think differently and challenge the status quo
- Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, marketing, communications, journalism or other relevant fields
