Description de l'emploi :
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Senior Airframe Technical Documentation Specialist (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.
As a Senior Airframe Technical Documentation Specialist, you will join our French Technical Data Airframe department offering a wide view on Aircraft Structure.
The team has expertise on Airframe technical publications for Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) , Troubleshooting Manual (TSM) and Component Maintenance Manual manufacturer (CMMm) .
The team main challenge is to ensure that the maintenance manuals reflect the design changes and understand the immediate impact of these changes on customers' operations, with the objective to provide customized documentation in accordance with aircraft configuration and ICA requirement. In order to achieve this main challenge, the team:
- Interface directly with the Design Office that manages the airframe design and evolution;
- Is in charge of documenting their impact in the manuals;
- Support our customers who are operating and maintaining aircrafts;
- Contribute to Aircraft deliveries by furnishing the Tech Data on time and on quality.
Your challenges:
- Act as deputy of the team;
- Act as AMM Product Leader Delegate (PLD) for Airframe domain (transnational) ;
- Ensure team coordination on specific technical subjects;
- Be part of newcomer and internal team continuous development (tutoring and support) ;
- Secure delivery of documentation content (creation and updates) in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, approved schedules, quality standards, Safety rules and within budget objectives;
- Support the team on technical decision making and be the technical interface with Design Office, Programs, Product leaders, Service Bulletins, Engineering support. Final Assembly Line, Risk Sharing Partners, …;
- Steer and support (on demand) the subcontracted activities and check the quality of the deliveries;
- Assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports to launch associated corrective actions;
- Ensure Customer efficient support by answering customer queries relative to your field of activities (Airlines, Maintenance Centre, Delivery Centre, …) and implementation of documentation changes if necessary;
- Propose, define and follow continuous improvement with local and/or transnational approach;
- Contribute or manage technical data projects.
Your boarding pass:
- Technical background in Aeronautics (ideally in structure) ;
- Aircraft maintenance manual expertise (Airframe and/or System) ;
- Risk and opportunity management skills;
- Ability to follow-up activities;
- Customer minded;
- Good team player and good organizational skills;
- Communication skills and assertiveness;
- Dynamic, Proactive and Positive mind set;
- Curious and open-minded for changes and continuous improvement;
- English advanced level (B2 level mandatory) , French (B2/C1)
