Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Operations Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Aircraft Definition Digital Product, based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Solutions to support Fulfilment of Customer Order and Definition activities. As part of the Customer A/C Definition team, you will be involved in all activities aiming at securing the deployment and operations of all the product solutions.

Your challenges:

• Support team to ensure operations for Definition applications
• Participate on the Analyze of the technological requirements for applications in the landscape of the Definition in the frame of the project
• Manage alerts and crisis / Drumbeat the incidents resolution / Follow post-mortem
• Monitor the service performance / Show metrics about weaknesses / E2E Monitoring of the run / Maintain CMDB
• Manage technical obsolescence of all the product

Your boarding pass:

Required Technicals Skills

• Good understanding of IS/IT Architecture and knowledge of Airbus IM technical constraints and process
• Ability to solve complex technical problems, diagnose failures and propose suitable solutions
• Understanding of security constraints at application and infrastructure levels
• Knowledge in Cloud platforms: AWS, Openshift & Devops
• Understanding of IAM
• Experience in IT Operations

Nice to have Technicals Skills

• Experience in using SPLUNK is a nice to have
• Coding experience - Knowledge in NodeJS, Angular is a plus

• Team player with interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Problem solving & proactive mindset and well self organized
• openness and curiosity
• Work in a SaFe and Agile environment
