Main responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead projects using key metrics to drive stakeholder participation and decision-making while ensuring adherence to Sanofi's workplace standards
- Technical Excellence: Provide expert technical guidance to team members and ensure all projects are fit for purpose, meeting statutory requirements and delivering required benefits
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Design integrated solutions based on departmental needs and create pathways for stakeholder involvement throughout project delivery
- Vendor Management: Direct internal teams and 3rd party vendors on technical requirements, ensuring contractors are properly pre-qualified for project delivery
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop technical deliverables, project estimates, and execution plans while providing input on timelines from design and implementation perspectives
- Risk Management: Facilitate technical risk register creation and ongoing management, ensuring regular reviews with the project team
- Financial Oversight: Partner with RE/WX teams and Finance on global portfolio capital planning, including milestone planning and real-time forecasting
- Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of Smart Building and Building Management Systems to enhance project outcomes
About you
- Experience: Significant technical experience in building design and operations and proven record of driving RE projects to completion
- Soft and technical skills: Strong analytical skills, in combination with an understanding of modern building design concepts and how this applies to the workplace of the future.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights and communicate findings (both verbally and in writing) in a non-complex manner that can be understood by the appropriate stakeholders / audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to look at project challenges and recommend solutions for changes in alignment with user requirements, business strategy and objectives.
- Directly or indirectly lead multiple subject-matter experts to identify and resolve challenges that exist throughout a project’s life cycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English and French (including dual language technical fluency)
