Poste et missions :
We are looking for a motivated legal VIE to join our legal team for 18 months. This is your chance to gain deep insights into corporate law, contracts, and intellectual property within an innovative tech environment.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with contract drafting and review
- Support in legal research and analysis
- Participate in the development of compliance and regulatory strategies
- Work closely with our legal and compliance teams
Profil recherché
Law degree (Bachelor/Master) program, with a focus on corporate lawExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
MS Office, especially Excel, Ppt. Word
Fluency in English, German is an advantage
