This is a profound transformation program aiming at revisiting our processes, methods and tools to build together our future and sustainable backbone that will allow working smarter, quicker for our people, customers, suppliers and our businesses.

In the frame of this NEW ERP roadmap of Airbus Helicopters we are looking for a SAP Product Manager Procurement (d/f/m) in Marignane or Donauwörth. The successful applicant will join the "ERP Functional PSL" team.

Tasks & accountabilities:


Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a solid understanding on Airbus Helicopters business processes in the domain of Procurement ideally the end-to-end process (purchasing and supplier mgmt., integration of suppliers)
  • Understanding the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short-, mid- and long-term business roadmap
  • Having a strong knowledge on ERP technologies mainly SAP S/4 Hana (incl. ARIBA) , SAP ECC6 and AIRSUPPLY
  • Analysing and understanding business requirements on the Procurement domain and translating the business needs into IM requirements and solutions mainly based on SAP product portfolio.
  • Accountable for the end to end product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation and retirement working closely with ERP Solution architects.
  • Managing the IM activities as listed above mainly while implementing Procurement processes into SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ECC6 following the concept of "applying SAP standards wherever possible", assuming solution simplification, harmonization, and sustainability as main decision drivers.
  • Ensuring participation being involved in projects and maintenance activities.


Required skills:


We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in information technologies, information management or similar.
  • Several years of experience with SAP products supporting Procurement processes in particular SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ECC6. Experience on ARIBA and AIRSUPPLY would be highly appreciated.
  • Experienced in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies)
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory.
  • Advanced level of French and German language would be appreciated.
  • We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous, flexible, curious with good communication skills, entrepreneurial and customer oriented with a deep and wide knowledge on IT implementations for Industry leveraging SAP products.
  • The candidate shall be in all cases a team player, team oriented and service minded.
