Missions
Based at Airbus Americas’ headquarters located in Herndon, VA, the VIE will be part of Procurement Regional Office North America that reports to the Procurement function in Europe, and to Airbus Americas, Inc., an Airbus affiliate based in the US. The VIE will report to the head of Airbus Americas Strategic Procurement (AAPX) .Tasks & accountabilities
You will be supporting management as relevant with topics encompassing the following scope:
Managerial topics/projects
Support Procurement regionalization initiatives and projects (liaising with other stakeholders, keeping track of timelines, preparing material to support management and facilitate decision making)
Update and maintain internal G-site
Organize & liaise with key stakeholders for the organization of events (Presentation, logistics, stakeholders, etc…)
Continuously enhance governance and maintain Management planning Calendar, KPIs, action tracker, training etc…
Organize and/or support Team boosters/Workshops organization within the US
Drive dedicated projects for (e.g. improvement initiatives, cross-functional projects etc)
Support adhoc business needs from the leadership team
IT Tools & Reports
Prepare or consolidate any material or presentation needed by the leadership team for inside/outside to Airbus communication
Extract data from different Airbus tools and generate reports, KPIs & dashboards out of the gathered data
Maintain, update & upgrade on demand the team’s current excel/GSuites-based tools
Maintain, update & upgrade the existing reports, automating the process when possible/necessary
Document the existing processes for KPI/Report/Dashboard generation for future generations to use

Strong presentation skills
Project Management capabilities and experience
Data analysis & presentation skills
Ability to analyze, understand & upgrade existing IT tools & solutions
Knowledge/experience on the Airbus tools & processes is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills/Stakeholder management & coordination capabilities
Excellent sense of organization
Ability to work in a rapidly-changing environment with multiple topics in parallel
Languages:
Fluent English
Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
