In order to support the Widebody Configuration Management Cabin & Cargo we are looking for a VIE within Widebody Configuration Management Cabin&Cargo (f/m)You are a highly motivated graduate and want to get to know the work of Configuration Management and enable the integration of high innovative functions and design into our WB aircrafts? You want to join a highly supportive and motivated team with an open door and feedback culture to work on the A350 and A330 Program?

Your location
At our Hamburg site, located in the small village of Finkenwerder, we develop, define and produce commercial aircrafts from the first idea to the airworthy product. Watch them starting and landing on our own on-site airport. Hamburg downtown is reached within 20Min per Ferry boat.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Configuration Management is playing a key role in the whole aircraft product lifecycle and within our digital transformation. Here you will be integrated into the leading team to work on future Cabin solutions in the Widebody perimeter.
Developing together with the team the future set-up of our Widebody team in cooperation with the other functions located in France, Spain and UK.
Find answers for e.g. What are our key deliverables and how can we ensure it? What could we do to enlarge the digital landscape? In which level of details we must enter to ensure a proper Configuration Management Control? How can we improve our overall performance and efficiency?
Profil recherché
Desired skills and qualificationsYou have completed a Masters studies in Aeronautics or Project Management or equivalent and are looking to have a first V.I.E.
experience.
Knowledge of project management, aircraft lifecycle, digital solutions and sustainability.A keen interest in anticipation of future challenges and reducing the probability of any configuration errors.
Skills in analyzing the actual situation, working with KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and driving topics into necessary results.
Fluent English skills.
Soft skills: good communicator, inquisitive, team player, open minded and independently working.
