Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Agile Coach (F/M) to join our IM (Information Management) Governance Office based in Marignane, France.


Agility is spreading around Airbus Helicopters. Through operational bottom-up initiatives and in a few larger departments, Scrum and SAFe frameworks are used by more than 500 daily practitioners.

IM Governance aims to help Agile teams toward their learning journey in those new ways of thinking, delivering value to customers and also ensuring that all governance aspects are adopted in due form.

We provide guidelines, trainings and workshops when appropriate. We lead ceremonies to guide stakeholders to reflect on actual maturity and efficiency and to encourage continuous improvement. We pilot the overall portfolio of the iterative initiatives.

Your challenges:

  • Work in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations;
  • Ensure Information Management governance policies are applied;
  • Create an effective environment for delivery of measurable results. Engage stakeholders in a governance that ensures effective use of time, budget and achievement of quality;
  • Integrate processes and people from other functions (matrix organizations) ;
  • Ensure effective continuous improvements of the governed initiatives;
  • Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management;
  • Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.

Your profile:

  • Proven track records in applying any of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Lean, OKRs, Design Thinking, Agile testing, practical problem solving;
  • Proven track records in Agile training delivery;
  • Knowledge of Agile tooling and testing (enabling TDD, BDD) ;
  • Coaching ability, interact convince and influence, enthusiasm in growing others, manage human aspect of change;
  • Customer centricity, Partner & Subcontractor Management;
  • Affinity to classic waterfall projects;
  • Good understanding of finance mechanisms;
  • Fluent in English and French, knowledge of German is a plus;
  • Able to work in a complex business environment and able to manage stress;

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
