Internship 6 mois – Global Employee Experience Assistant

Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine (92)

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to join a global team of professionals in People and Culture? We’re seeking someone who can contribute to transforming employee culture and experience through internal and external communication and engagement activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in building and implementing the communication plan for culture deployment.
  • Contribute to developing internal communication content (newsletters, Yammer posts, etc.) and external content (social media, etc.) .
  • Coordinate the operational implementation of the communication and engagement plan.
  • Manage specific employee engagement projects (e.g., Igniters project, Leadership curriculum, etc.) .
  • Collaborate with agencies.

About You:

  • Soft Skills: You are known for your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational abilities. You’re open-minded, enjoy working in a team, and thrive in cross-functional interactions. Plus, you’re eager to apply your creativity.
  • Technical Skills: For this role, you should have at least some experience or knowledge in communication, social media, and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video editing software (e.g., PlayPlay) is essential. You should also be able to create simple layouts in Photoshop (text changes, banner creation) .
  • Languages: As part of an international environment, you can easily converse in English with non-French-speaking colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) from a Business School or University in Communication or Marketing.
