Join our international HR team during an exciting V.I.E. mission as “HR Generalist (m/f/d) - V.I.E. Programme” in Frankfurt, Germany. Grow your career by collaborating with inspiring leaders on different HR areas such as Resource Management & HR Projects, Talent Management & Employee Experience.The Global HR team at E&C is responsible for transversal HR topics that impact the Global E&C and business at large. The Global HR team interfaces closely with the global leadership team as well as the local HR organizations in implementing key priorities such as HR Strategy, Talent Management, HR Data, Resourcing, Compensation.
The Global HR and CoE team members are based across the globe: Krakow, Hangzhou, Frankfurt and Paris. The VIE assignment is based in Frankfurt. For Talent Management (TM) & Employee Experience (EX) you will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) TM & EX, working with an inclusive, internationally distributed team of Regional Talent Managers.
You will be able to learn more about working in a global, strategic HR team focusing on Talent Management, Employee Experience & Staffing Plan, contributing to a sustainable, growing talent pool and attractive workplace culture. All this while we are still undergoing an exciting time of HR Transformation with lots of opportunities to learn, be challenged and grow.
Profil recherché
Master or MBA ideally with specialization in Human ResourcesStrong analytical, communication and organizational skills
Highly conversant with spreadsheets, Google slides and Google Docs.
Excellent oral/written communications skills in English help you to adopt your communication style according to changing stakeholders
You are a teamplayer who likes working in an international environment, actively contributing to an overall mission
You easily balance and navigate between changing priorities and projects according to urgency and are able to translate complexity into concrete actions
You are solution oriented, able to provide decision makers with relevant information by actively contributing with your own ideas
While pursuing options you strive for commitment from others to build consensus and resolve conflict while looking for optimal approaches

Position based in Frankfurt, Germany for an initial period of 12 months, (extendable once) .
Please note that this position is open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Only applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E program will be taken into consideration.
