Role SummaryTo strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an Inside sales representative (m/f/d) in the office for the Ismaning location north of Munich to support our sales force throughout Germany.
Role Responsibilities
- Customer service (B2B) mainly by telephone and e-mail in German and English
- Handling customer inquiries about items and orders
- Monitoring of product availability and delivery dates
- Quotation, order processing and tracking
- Supervision and support of our sales representatives
- Processing and creation of forecasts and key figures for the sales regions
- Maintenance of price lists
- Preparation of presentation documents
- Continuous master data maintenance in our ERP system
- Co-organization of internal/external conferences
- Participation in customer and trade fair visits
Profil recherché
Role Requirements / Must have- Degree educated within sales or related sales fields would be desirable but not
- German and English in spoken and written.
- Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a communicative personality
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility.
- Reliability, ability to work under pressure and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs specifically Excel (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
