Our Team:

The Digital Site Manager will be integrated in the CHC Digital M&S Eula (Europe & Latam) team, which is managing the Digital activities in the manufacturing & distribution sites in the region. This person will be a member of M&S Digital leadership team for Eula and will be the responsible for Digital activities at site level ensuring the Site is running in a proper way supported by digital solutions (Systems, Network, Telephone, Computers, Servers, etc)

Main responsibilities:

He/She will be the responsible for the Digital activities in the site, managing the Local Digital Team based and the external service providers, ensuring all of them (internal and externals) are working in compliance with Quality, EHS. He/She will be the main point of contact for managing projects aligning the site needs and global expectations.

As part of the site LST, he/she will be participating in Budget and Strat Plan discussions to ensure that Digital Needs for the sites are well addressed and have the right funding.

The Digital Logistics Site Manager will:

  • Define the SITE priorities (timing) and resources (budgets/FTEs) required in order to adopt standard & global processes.
  • Implement an ITS-Risk Management Culture for the site.
  • Manage site user service relationship and serve as the “go to” person for the site.
  • Propose and support the ITS Site Master Plan.
  • Manage the Cyber security activities and the ITS activities related to the Site Business Continuity
  • Working with the infrastructure team, ensure that standards are properly enforced, and new releases/ infrastructure projects are properly communicated and deployed in the SITE.
  • Responsible for utilization of consistent ITS methodologies for local projects.
  • Responsible for the SITE ITS budget.
  • Responsible for SITE overall computerized systems inventory and cartography.
  • Ensure the SITE requirements are represented in the requirements and design phases of the standardization/globalization process.
  • Proactively identify the existing SITE computerized systems that will be impacted as a result of standardization/globalization and prepare a retirement/transition plan (including budget, timeline, FTE, cost savings and incremental benefits) .
  • Collaborate as appropriate to ensure the best usage of existing applications in the portfolio and contribute to functional alignment of the site.
  • Ensure proper implementation of Sanofi ITS Security and Continuity (Disaster Recovery Plans) Policies and Procedures, conduct remediation actions when required, monitor them via KPIs and communicate for SITE overall computerized systems.
  • Provide direct Support to the Site Management to Implement an ITS-Risk.
  • Assess all ITS related risks on site, for SITE overall computerized systems with Engineering, Automation and Quality, recommend and follow-up action plan, Provide Audit and inspection support and coordination for ITS related topics.
  • Be the service provider for Engineering, Automation and Quality Information Systems.
  • When appropriate configure global systems for local utilization (e.g. BI/KPIs) .
  • Run ITS or business projects for the SITE.
  • Review people, approve recruitment and perform talent management, people development.
  • Identify key positions and skills to ensure site activities management

About you

  • Experience:
    • Experience in top tier pharmaceutical companies or in consulting companies in operational excellence, continuous improvement, process transformation or similar in a cross-functional environment Knowledge of Pharma or Consumer Goods business
    • Operational expertise of e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, quality and understanding the key operational metrics
    • Demonstrate experience in leading and implementing complex digital and data transformation projects.
    • Hands on and able to dive deep into technical issues even if it involves learning about new technologies
  • Soft skills:
    • Great communication skills, both verbal and written, and can adapt to different teams and personality types
    • Results and processes oriented with analytical mindset

  • Education:
    • Bachelor degree (industrial engineering, information technology, etc) or another technical field.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
