We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Ops Lead, manage end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for complex offerings. Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. Contribute to solution development, growth and sales.

The work: ​

  • Lead the service delivery strategy across a portfolio of clients
  • Accountable for service delivery of clients and delivery capabilities for offering at scale
  • Manage and own service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering services, as well as contributing to solution development
  • Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments
  • Support sales opportunities, validate expected delivery capability, and sign off on commitment to proposed Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
  • Cultivate and improve client and customer relationships in partnership with Accenture Operations Account leadership
  • Grow and develop the capability of the portfolio SDO team, manage and mentor with high integrity and inspire other
  • Manage people engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets
  • You will be accountable for the following:
    • Cost to serve – achieving yearly defined target
    • Renewal/upsell – the success of our delivery drive our success to renew and increase scope
    • People – Umanaged attrition / Key Talent Retention – ensuring right structure and succession plan
    • I&D Targets – be a role model for globally aligned initiative in the local teams
