An offer entitled "IM Project Leader (m/f) " has just opened within Airbus Helicopters, Marignane.

You will join the AH Information Management Directorate, to set up, drive and monitor the delivery of IM projects, related to CRM activities within AH.

You will particularly lead the implementation of Salesforce for AH Training Services.

CRM activities are today mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments. The business domain is composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships. New departments will also soon contribute to the increase of our customers' intimacy.

In this context IM CRM Product Service Line team is dedicated to supporting these businesses in deploying IT solutions that support a common vision shared across business departments.

• Our technical requests application, webTEK : a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards

Tasks & accountabilities, your challenges:

The main responsibility is to understand the business needs and strategic objectives and propose the corresponding IT solution (via standard software of the market or specific solutions as well as Cloud based architecture) in line with Enterprise Architecture, IM strategy and objectives.

In detail the tasks and responsibilities of the IM project leader position are:

• Take over Business demand and organize appropriately its fulfillment
• Define project scope, architecture, planning and costing
• IM Make or Buy management
• Drumbeat of IM internal and external stakeholders to reach project on time, on quality and on cost
• Contribute to solution maintenance

Your profile:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Significant IT Project leader experience on business domains such as Sales, Marketing, customer services ideally including Salesforce cloud implementation
• Familiar with Agile methodology, Safe methodology experience would be a plus
• Demonstrable experience in cloud based solutions implementation ideally Salesforce platform
• Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies would be a plus
• Partners and External service providers management
• Negotiation with internal customers
• Strong focus on People, quality, planning and customer satisfaction
• Appetite for teamwork, transparency and facilitation
• Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit and customer orientation
• Advanced level in English
