Dimensions of role :

This role is responsible for supporting the Data Protection Officer(s) and Head of Data Privacy & Governance with compliance to applicable Data Protection laws, including, but not limited to, GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Key responsibilities:
  • Understand the processing operations as well as the information systems, data security, and data protection needs of AXA Partners;
  • Support reviews and updates to data privacy policies to ensure compliance with applicable consumer privacy and data protection laws;
  • Help DPO foster a culture of data privacy awareness through trainings and communications;
  • Assist the DPO in the performance of privacy risk assessments and in the development of mitigating actions for identified risks;
  • Collaborate with the Internal Audit and Risk Management teams when addressing privacy issues;
  • Work with local Legal Team to identify new or changed legislation in order to determine applicability to local processes and policies;
  • Assist the DPO with the review of Records of Processing Activities
  • Support the DPO with all ongoing data privacy initiatives and other duties, as assigned

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in data privacy, specifically in GDPR compliance;
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and its implications on data privacy is desirable;
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing in English) effectively and professionally to all levels of management;
  • Ability to respect and adhere to strict deadlines;
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Integrity and professional ethics;
  • Strong computer skills (including MS applications)
