Where is the VIE Position ?The position is located in Budapest, in Global supply chain in the Indirect Procurement Marcom-Fleet-Contingency Workforce HR Service Organization.
What is the Position?
Support the category team in several activities: the project management, market and data analysis, category strategy. Contributes to the deployment of the strategy and projects to achieve the performance and sustainability targets adopting a customer attitude with the stakeholder and collaborating with the regions as one team. Category team responsible for strategy, manage projects and global contract. Regular connection with mkt leaders in fleet management and car makers. Collaborate with all regions in charge of operations.
Which missions will you lead?
- Monitor the mobility industry (car makers, leases, fleet management companies, …) and manage the Market analysis, detecting innovation.
- Support the category team members in the project management, leading specific tasks.
- Supplier management: support the supplie leader SSL in the supplier business review preparation, to collect feed-back from regions. Contribute in the spend and coverage improvement of recommended suppliers.
- Manage the follow-up report for saving traceability and escalate gaps, risk and suggest recovery actions.
- Data management: data analysis and associated action to build a reliable report.
- Use the procurement tools: SAP_MDG for vendor management, iSave to track productivity, Power Bi dashboard, SSP-SRM for supplier management. Use Indirect Procurement tools for digital supplier management and track annual KPIs.
- Sustainability: support the projects and activities related to the sustainability targets as EV transition, Decent Work, ISO26000 and Ecovadis follow-up, The Zero Carbon Project (TZCP) and other activities to reduce carbon footprint and become carbon neutral in the next future
- Prepare templates and document to support the communication and the best practices
Profil recherché
What are the qualifications we are looking for?Education: Master Degree in Engineering or Management or Global Supply Chain/Procurement
Work experience: 1 or 2 years of Internship/ apprenticeship in Procurement.
