The site of Bietigheim based in Germany belongs to BRAIN Division. We are looking for a VIE Customs Analyst for 12 months (renewable for 12 months) within the team.
Your challenges?
- You will verify customs and accounting traceability in the ERP (SAP) ,
- You will verify the accuracy of import declarations,
- You will submit supplementary declarations to the authorities,
- You will update the customs instructions database in the ERP system,
- You will comply with regulatory requirements related to regulations such as CBAM and EUDR,
- You will respond to customer inquiries,
- You will participate in projects aimed at improving process efficiency,
- You will serve as the interim manager in the manager’s absence
Profil recherché
Let’s talk about you…- You are graduated from a Master degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or Finance / Accounting / Business / International Trade
- You already have experience in customs compliance, import declarations, SAP/ERP systems, regulatory requirements, customer relations, or process improvement (ideally in the automotive field)
- You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of German
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
