As a Data Analyst, you will join the Data Marketing Analytics team starting in January 2026. You will act as a strategic partner to the Strategic Partnerships department (B2B2C) , helping them optimize performance and decision-making regarding the acquisition and retention of our partners (Banks and Real Estate Agencies) .Key Responsibilities
Predictive Modeling: Develop sophisticated models to evaluate and anticipate partner trends and agency behaviors.
Performance Steering: Support Partnership Managers in tracking and driving their teams' performance through data.
Customer Journey Analysis: Explore data from customer pathways to refine marketing strategies, boost commercial performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Data Pipeline Management: Contribute to the maintenance and scalability of the data pipeline, ensuring data is collected, cleaned, structured, and accessible.
Data Visualization: Design intuitive, operational dashboards to provide teams with daily insights and facilitate informed decision-making
Profil recherché
Education: You come from a Business or Engineering school background.Technical Skills: You are proficient in SQL and comfortable with analytical reasoning. (Knowledge of Python or visualization tools like Looker is a plus) .
Soft Skills: You are a creative problem-solver, autonomous, and resourceful. You learn quickly and adapt easily to new topics.
Collaboration: You have excellent communication skills and know how to interact with diverse teams (Sales, Ops, Marketing) .
Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial spirit—always looking for optimizations, new opportunities, and things to test.
Experience: Previous experience in the digital sector is a plus
